Class Celebration

What a fantastic party we had this afternoon. Some of the kids were asking about how they could find the movie we watched online. You must first go to youtube.com, and the movie is called, My Friend, Martin,  It was great to be able to compare the book and the movie! A special thanks to all parents who brought snacks in, they were all delicious.

Today we sent home the cereal boxes we have worked on for several weeks, with the learning goal and success criteria in their planner. Take some time to chat about their cereal box, and the specific strategies they used to capture the interest of their target audience (i.e., weasle words, mascot, scale, etc.).
